2. Types of Data Collected and Purpose

As a private owner, I collect the data necessary to manage your stay in compliance with the regulations for Tourist Rentals (Locazioni Turistiche):

• Data for the Rental Agreement: First name, last name, and tax code (if required for the receipt).
• Public Safety Obligations: Identity document data for mandatory transmission within 24 hours to the Alloggiati Web portal (Ministerial Decree of January 7, 2013).
• Fiscal and Local Compliance: Collection of data for the payment of the tourist tax (city tax) due to the Municipality of Milan.

3. Communication of Data

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It will be communicated exclusively to:

• State Police (via the Alloggiati Web portal).
• Municipality of Milan (for the Tourist Tax).
• Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate) (in the event of issuing a receipt or tax return).
• Lodgify (the technical booking management platform that ensures data protection).

4. Data Retention

Data necessary for rental management (receipts and agreements) will be stored for the period required by Italian tax law (usually 10 years). Identity document data, once transmitted to the Police, is deleted from our management systems, unless otherwise requested by the authorities.
